Saint Lucia – Unique mix of mountains and beaches
In a guide to the top destinations to visit this year, Saint Lucia nabbed the number 3 spot, highlighting its mix of mountains and beaches, but also the rich history and culture of this must-visit paradise.
An icon for nearly two decades – where guests can find clear waters, lush rainforests, and the majestic peaks of the Pitons – Coconut Bay is the perfect place to stay, offering both family-friendly and adults-only accommodation.
Additional features include a mile-long beach along Saint Lucia’s exotic south coast, 250 rooms split across Harmony, which is adults-only, and Splash, the family-friendly wing featuring the island’s largest waterpark, an oceanfront spa and the fully supervised CocoLand Kidz Klub.
Here, we explore exactly why this Casually Caribbean, Incredibly All-Inclusive Resort should be top of your list.
SPA BY THE SEA
For 2024, the Sanctuary Spa at Coconut Bay has launched 6 new oceanfront cabanas which offer an exclusive 50-minute or 80-minute oceanfront cabana Swedish massage. New spa treatments for 2024 includes ‘High Seas’ – $129 for one guest, and $259 for a couple – which is a full body massage with crashing waves and ocean breeze as the backdrop. The experience combines stretching, and long flowing movements in rhythm with the ocean to relax sore muscles and calm the mind. The spa has six treatment rooms, some of which offer ocean views and outdoor showers, where guests can choose from a variety of signature organic therapies. This includes the Chocolate “Cocoa Tea’ Sugar Scrub, where world-renowned Lucian Chocolate is combined with warm tropical oils with a hint of nutmeg to create an invigorating and exhilarating scrub to improve blood flow.
